Awana (derived from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15) helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ.

Children from 3 years old-5th grade are welcome to join us for lots of fun, games, snacks, and of course, learning about the bible! 

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." -Matthew 19:14

Chritianity is about life and growth. It's all about growing in God's character and sharing His love. But let's face it, life can be overwhelming at times; and that's exactly why God never intended for life to be lived alone. 

God created us to grow in community. He designed you to grow with people who will love, support and encourage you. The Bible says, "let us conider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds; not forsaking our own assembling together, but encouraging one another."

So, why join a Life Group? The answer is quite simple; personal growth happens best in community. Life is a lot easier when done with a group of people who are there for you. Life is more fulfilling when you have people who want and need you. And that community becomes essential if you get hit with a crisis of life. Life Groups are about creating places where no one stands alone. Our prayer is that you will find a life group where you will grow and thrive in Christ, and never stand alone.
